1. Payment Terms
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the Total Payment will be charged at the time of purchase.
2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the scheduled shipping date, you may do so by submitting a written request via email to our customer service team at support@mehebubnew.stt.hair Please ensure that your cancellation request is received before the shipping process begins, as we will not be able to process cancellations once the order is in transit.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together in one package once the pre-ordered items are received and processed. Unfortunately, we cannot separate or prioritize the shipping of available items before the pre-ordered items arrive.
4. Recommendation for Separate Orders
To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and immediately available items if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner.
